LB 1st O’Donnells Javidan Keep the Faith. Profusely coated black masked gold/brindle. Although beautifully presented for me she has too much coat. It tends to make her look boxy. But underneath it she is a beautiful shape. Elegant head with good eyes and expression. Long neck into excellent shoulders. Short level topline but lacking a little in fallaway. Ringed tail carried correctly on the move. Excellent hindquarters. Effortless movement with power, spring and drive. Another with stamp of quality. Down to the last 4 for the CC

LB 2nd Javidan keep the faith. Brindle bitch with a beautiful head and expression. Long neck, good shoulders and return ,deep chest . Slightly longer in body than 1. Well angulated rear which she could use on the move. Beautifully presented but dare i say a touch too much coat which tends to hide her beautiful shape. Difficult decision and a bitch to be proud of.

MLB 2nd O’Donnell’s Javidan Keep the Faith, paler silver brindle bitch who I thought at first
may be my winner but she would not let me go over her due to a phantom her owner
told me, lovely head and expression, excellent overall confirmation, longer cast than
1, strong loin, good rear angulation, well presented, moved with reach and drive.

Judges - Graham Parsell(Harlextan)
MLB 1st O’Donnell’s Javidan keep the Faith, a glorious brindle of substance and easily the best mover in the class. Anyone wanting to see rear drive – this is the bitch. Glorious coat presentation but too much for my own liking and I did not appreciate the trimmed body coat length. Lovely to go over and a super mover, reaching out in front and driving at the rear. At first she was skittish to let me see her beautiful head and expression, but it was easier a little later in the class. She nearly threw it all away but I could not deny this bitch the CC.

PGB 1st O’Donnell’s Javidan Keep the Faith, a feminine brindle bitch with a coat to the floor who proves that it is possible to have a huge coat on an afghan and yet have her in super fit condition. She has a gorgeous head, arrogant expression and a beard. She presented a lovely picture both standing and on the move.

MLB (5)1) O'Donnell's Javidan Keep the Faith Quality B/m brindle who stood out in this class. Stunning headpiece, long chiselled forface, lean backskull, strong underjaw, madarin beard, dark expressive eyes. Lovely neckline into well laid shoulders, good forechest & return of upper arm, deep well sprung ribcage, sweeping quarters, huge feet. Massive coat which rather detracted from her femininity & outline. Tended to roach her topline slightly & would have liked more more definition of pinbones & angle to croup. Ring tail. Strong, powerful ground covering movement.

167 class open show in Carnoustie with generous inside and outside rings at the leisure centre. BIS went to the afghan O’Donnell’s Javidan Keep the Faith, brindle bitch approaching maturity at almost 3 years old. Everything about her says quality. Well handled and with luck and persistence should make the grade.

O 1st Javidan Keep the Faith, litter sister to my PG winner. Stunning silver brindle bitch, balanced outline and a picture of elegance. Feminine head and expression. Flowing lines from head to ring tail, moved out with style and presence. Well presented in full coat, a worthy BOB, who I was delighted to see later take group 1 and then BIS.

Open. (4, 2 abs) 2 Javidan Keep the Faith Gold Brindle Girl again litter sister to the first & second in Post Grad again she has all their lovely attributes, taller bigger girl all through than my winner but eye catching. Her head is lovely with a dark eye, punishing under jaw, good chiselling, good bite, lean back skull, well placed ears, with a good length of neck into good shoulders, depth of chest, spring of rib, a little bit longer in loin than my winner but she is a bigger bitch and has balance well defined pin bones, croup and tail set with nice tail. Good quarters with good length from hip to hock, she moves beautifully with a ground covering stride. It really came down to again her overall performance on the day for my decision these two will swap places often both quality girls. Keep working with her she is a lovely girl from a lovely litter Well Done.
